How does it work?

Curriculum vitae
We review and pre-select from among the most qualified profiles with great care. You will have an initial telephone assessment, and an interview will be scheduled.
Personal Interview
We conduct interviews, knowledge tests, and aptitude tests to learn about your skills and motivations. You will be interviewed to analyze your skills and review your work history.
We verify qualifications.
We verify the authenticity of qualifications and experience. Their knowledge is proof of their professional abilities.
References from previous employers
We contact at least two families they have worked with previously to verify the validity of the references provided.
If everything is okay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
